Refund & Returns Policy
We can not and do not issue refunds for personalized products once the order is confirmed. This is because all our orders are bespoke and can not be restocked or resold.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues or are unhappy with any part of your order as we aim to resolve all issues a customer might have.
As is advertised on our website, delivery of physical goods can take up to 18 working days, but generally arrive within 5 working days. If the goods are not received within 18 days, please contact us for assistance and we will resolve the issue.
CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE POLICY
We have a zero tolerance policy regarding inaccurate chargebacks and disputes and take reasonable action against 'friendly fraud' chargebacks.
If a user places a fraudulent or inaccurate chargeback/dispute (which includes not trying to resolve the issue with us first) we will treat this as friendly fraud and respond to the dispute directly with the user's bank and credit/debit card provider. This can lead to the dispute being reversed and in some circumstances can also lead to canceled banking services and negative impacts on credit scores for the user.
